My diet – forerunner explanation
A few weeks ago, a request came to me which asked me about my weekly diet and since then I have been kicking around the idea of how best to post a column on my blog about it.
After putting some thought into it and with biggest mileage week of running coming next week, it presents a great opportunity to document my daily diet for those seven days.
So here's my plan. I am going to log everything that I eat and drink for those seven days and then post the results my blog.
Hopefully, there is no one looking for a silver bullet with my diet and any dieticians out there take pity on me. J
