Diet – Day 1 of 7 Tracking – 10.12.09

As promised, I am tracking my diet for each of the next 7 days.

Where I can, I will break down the foods into Fats, Protein, Carbos, etc. For the meals that I eat at home this is a little easier to do but when I eat out, usually on the weekend, breaking down the totals is a little harder.

Wow, Bill way to go with the Diet! I had 16 beers Sunday, i wonder if Megan can calculate how many extra calories that is, I doubt I would get a thumbs up from that. It's all about moderation, if you are running 90 miles a week and biking over 100, i would eat the house if I were you!

16 Beers - "wow indeed", I guess we can consider this base training for the next beer mile. :)

Not biking 100 miles this week, tapering back the mileage on the bike until after the marathon, but I am keeping the running mile up with about 95 this week.
