After a fun weekend in Richmond, life returns to normal on Monday morning. Conditions were near prefect at Mc Alpine for my workout 24 x 30 on/off. The first few were a little tough getting the legs to turn over but then, every started to click and I felt much better.
The workout started with a 2 mile warm up and was followed by the pickups for another 3 miles and then finished with 2 mile warm down. Surprisingly, my only sore spot from the race yesterday is my neck. My neck just isn't ready to being in the aero position for such an extended amount of time.
I finished this workout by the lake which is always nice and took a very leisurely stroll back to my car.
