2 Speed session in the books

 Last week, the temperature was down and the humidity was lower, I felt great for my first speed session of this cycle. 

This week I did not feel anywhere near the same.

Between the heat and humidity I was felt like I was struggling. When I think about it, not only am I a trying to run faster but I am doing it up hill. Then, I throw-in any existing fatigue which with the heat and humidity only makes me feel worse. 

I am surprised that I didn't just chuck the whole workout and head for a cooler environment. 

But I cannot choose my weather on race day so I had better be prepared. Still, when I finished, I felt like I was so out of shape.
