Been working my way through this week.
Needless to say that I am a little more tired than usual. Having raced 50 miles, 15k, 10 miles, and 30k on successive weekends has taken a toll on my legs. I was running yesterday, and my legs were just turning out of shear force of "will". I struggle with the fact that I am getting order, and the recovery time from every effort just takes longer. I feel it each and every day. At night, I am out 2 seconds after my head hits my pillow.
It is just the price that I pay for being in denial that I am getting older.
