Rainy Day Run

 Yesterday, I had one of those runs. The weatherman says the rain will be clearing out by lunch time but I am headed to the Panthers game in the afternoon, so I have to run in the morning. Rain was coming in waves and coming down pretty hard. I waited as long as I could but I finally had to push out the door. Since the temperature was about 54 degrees, I wore my rain jacket. I hoped that it would keep me dry. Long story short and 10 miles later, my rain jacket works like a charm. It kept the rain out but I overheated and soaked with sweat. Maybe next time, I will just opt for a trash bag. LOL. If it stops raining, I can drop it in a trash can.
