Counting down the final hours
Over the last week, I have used the extra time on my hands to triage my entire planning plan. Thinking, I should have, could have done something different. In reality, I laid out a good plan months ago. I trained hard. Raced hard. Did four races 50 miles or longer. Run too many long run to count. Did plenty of hills. I am ready as I can be. The only thing left for me to do is start putting one foot in front of another and don't stop until all 100 miles are complete.
